What is included
During the week the spa is very nearly yours alone. The indoor pool opens at half past seven, the outdoor brine pool at ten — and in between lie hours in which nobody wants anything from you.
In the afternoon there is tarte flambée and a glass of sparkling wine. Not a grand gesture, but one people remember.
